Enttex provides treatment solutions for people suffering from the symptoms of Ménière’s disease and blocked ears. Enttex is not responsible for the diagnosis of patients and therefore does not guarantee the success of treatment using Enttex products. Enttex offers a 3 month manufacturers warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If Enttex detects a manufacturing fault, Enttex will replace that product. Refunds will be considered by management on case by case basis. Enttex is not responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate. Shipments returned to Enttex due to incorrectly provided shipping details from the consumer may incur further costs. All products should be used only as directed. If symptoms persist please consult your doctor.
